Terms and Conditions
Kaye Deere Photography (KDP) will provide photography services in line with the contract agreed between both parties.
Images will be provided as per the contract.
For Schools and Pre-School clients, I will provide prints in the sizes specified on the proof cards and printed via a Professional lab or on a professional printer. Cropping will be as per the proof card unless requests are made before printing.
Digital Images will be provided on a USB, or sent digitally.
Digital Images are released with a relevant licence contract, and subject to these licence conditions.
KDP takes no responsibility for images not printed via their approved Professional Lab.
KDP retains the copyright to all images.
All prints/ digital images are non refundable once delivered.
KDP hold Professional Indemnity insurance.
Kaye Deere holds a Full Enhanced DBS check and is registered with the Update Service.

This policy communicates detailed information about how KDP collects, stores and uses personal data.
After your shoot I may have collected written details (via proof cards, contact form and website orders) that may include contact information and digital images. Your identifiable details come under data protection.

The data I process;
Your contact details, images from your shoot, images that may be identifiable as you, images that may be identifiable as your company, images that may be identifiable as your clients/ guests
Why I process/ collect your data;
To be able to contact you regarding your shoot and to be able to consult with you regarding your shoot, pre/ post shoot services, to edit, retouch and deliver your images. To create products such as USBs and prints (but not limited to). To add to my ongoing online and printed portfolios. To keep your images stored for a limited length of time (both online and hard drive).
You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time
You have the right to know what data I hold at any time
You have the right to have the information I hold deleted at any time
You have the right to complain to the ICO if you are concerned about how I, Kaye Deere, (on behalf of Kaye Deere Photography) handle your data

'Informed consent' is crucial and a key part of the new GDPR (data protection) legislation. Consent must be freely given, specific, informed and unambiguous.
Please read below how I may use your data with your consent;
Contact Form - I will collect the details you give me in order to communicate with you.
Email - I will likely receive your name, email address and other details via my email software or from web orders. They will be stored in handwritten form, kept via my email software, or on my website hosted by www.sytist.com
Phone - Your contact details may also be kept on my phone.
Photo/ digital Image storage - Images that may be identifiable as you are stored on my camera's memory card, and then on an external hard drive in my home office and are only accessed by me. Once the images are stored on the hard drive they are deleted from the cameras memory card.
Image Gallery - I may upload digital Images identifiable as you to a gallery on my website for you to view/ purchase and download your images. The galleries can be password protected.
Portfolio - in running my business I may use images taken during your shoot that may be identified as you as part of my online and print portfolios. This includes, but not limited to, my website, social media accounts, print brochure, leaflets, business card and other printed products. I may store photos from your shoot that may be identifiable as you to show to a potential client.
Prints - I currently print images through SIMLAB - based in the UK and compliant with GDPR.
Website - I may use images that may be identifiable as you and details that may identify you on the website www.kayedeere.co.uk
Social Media - I may use photos that may be identifiable as you on my social media accounts www.facebook.com/Kaye-Deere-Photography
I may send images digitally via my email software on my computer or via WeTransfer which are compliant with GDPR
Archives - I may keep your email correspondence (and data contained) in my archives stored in my email software. I may keep images identifiable as you stored on an external hard drive.
Third Party Data
Information sharing - I may provide the information that I collect and the data generated by website cookies to third parties. Such third parties may use the information to maintain various databases for Kaye Deere Photography to enable me to fulfil photographic services for your and provide you wit information about products and services.
